About Us

Meet Victoria Treiber, the heart and soul of ACT ECE Consulting, Inc. As a single mother of four, Victoria worked her way up from an assistant teacher to Education Coordinator at a Head Start Program in Tucson, AZ. She achieved both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree while working and raising her children. In 2015, she retired to start her own ECE Consultation Services. With 30 years of experience in federal, state, and private childcare programs and schools, Victoria has traveled extensively across the country, including Alaska and Puerto Rico, conducting assessments, coaching teachers, and presenting Professional Development Workshops.
